General Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bramma Jothidam<\/strong> offers <strong>personalized astrological and spiritual services only<\/strong>.<br>Due to the customized and time-bound nature of these services, <strong>all bookings are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are allowed <strong>only in very specific and valid cases<\/strong>, as described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. No Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once a service is booked and payment is completed, <strong>cancellation is not permitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services once confirmed <strong>cannot be cancelled for personal reasons<\/strong>, change of mind, or unavailability of the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All services are prepared or scheduled based on individual details and therefore cannot be reversed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Limited Refund \u2013 Allowed Cases ONLY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will be considered <strong>only in the following situations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Wrong Booking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate payment made by mistake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking made for an incorrect service due to a clear system or communication error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Technical Failure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment deducted but service not recorded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmed service could not be delivered due to technical issues from our side<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete failure of service delivery caused by system or network issues attributable to us<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f In such cases, the issue <strong>must be reported within 24\u201348 hours<\/strong> of payment or scheduled service time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Non-Refundable Cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will <strong>NOT<\/strong> be provided in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Change of mind<br>\u274c Dissatisfaction with consultation outcome<br>\u274c Delay caused by user unavailability<br>\u274c Difference in belief, expectation, or interpretation<br>\u274c Partially completed or fully completed services<br>\u274c Personalized reports already prepared or delivered<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astrological guidance is based on traditional methods and interpretation. <strong>Results cannot be guaranteed<\/strong>, and dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
