1. General Policy
Bramma Jothidam offers personalized astrological and spiritual services only.
Due to the customized and time-bound nature of these services, all bookings are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refunds are allowed only in very specific and valid cases, as described below.
2. No Cancellation Policy
- Once a service is booked and payment is completed, cancellation is not permitted.
- Services once confirmed cannot be cancelled for personal reasons, change of mind, or unavailability of the user.
- All services are prepared or scheduled based on individual details and therefore cannot be reversed.
3. Limited Refund – Allowed Cases ONLY
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
✅ Wrong Booking
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Booking made for an incorrect service due to a clear system or communication error
✅ Technical Failure
- Payment deducted but service not recorded
- Confirmed service could not be delivered due to technical issues from our side
- Complete failure of service delivery caused by system or network issues attributable to us
⚠️ In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of payment or scheduled service time.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Dissatisfaction with consultation outcome
❌ Delay caused by user unavailability
❌ Difference in belief, expectation, or interpretation
❌ Partially completed or fully completed services
❌ Personalized reports already prepared or delivered
Astrological guidance is based on traditional methods and interpretation. Results cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.
5. Refund Processing (If Approved)
- If a refund is approved under the limited valid cases, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment.
- Approval is subject to internal verification.
6. Technical Issue Resolution
In certain technical cases, instead of a refund, service re-scheduling or re-delivery may be offered at our discretion.
